Non-Breeding Chapel Hill Town Councilman Busts "Dense Pearls" of Wisdom in Another Councilman's Face

rocket_potty.jpg

In a “strategic planning” (or cumbaya, see Phictionary) session the other day, there was some actually logical discussion starting about whether or not “dense development” aka “mixed use” aka trustafarian (see Phictionary) playgrounds were the best way for Chapel Hill to go.

As reported by the Chapel Hill Herald, “Czajkowski questioned whether families in Chapel Hill would live in high-rise developments, arguing that people with children still prefer to live outside the town in a traditional house. He said that high rise residents are more likely to be “transient” or young professionals commuting to jobs elsewhere in the Triangle. He said, “Guys, you're making a massive assumption that families want to move into high density development.”

Up pipes non-breeding, non-profit executive director Kleinschmidt to admonish him about “harboring a 1950s perspective “.

Wow. Mr. Matt has his work cut out for him. In a world of facts-optional, non-profit, non-breeders, he actually represents the voice of the majority of folks who live, or want to live in a place like Chapel Hell (and pay taxes for all the non-profit types too). But, that does not align with Mr. K’s vision of a downtown brimming with non-breeders who can sit around at Town sponsored wifi, sipping their lattes and bemoaning the fall in the stocks that mummy and daddy left for them.

Keep pounding Mr. C!! Town Council needs more “50’s men” like him, instead of non breeders like these:
