The Pulpmeisters have always been interested in controversial, fact-based material flavored with humor. After all, when you squeeze the pulp, the juice flows in all directions.
Is there a place for you as a Pulp contributor? Do you have personal integrity? Can you tolerate the abuse of defamatory trolls? Could you be the next zesty personality providing your own flavor to the Pulp, as different as Cosmo Flamer is from the Poet Lariat? If so, develop some potential pulpy material, drop us a line, and let us know.
No promises, but we know where the true “creative class” lives.
Be forewarned, the Pulp isn’t looking for apologists, e.g., sanctimonious, self-righteous tribalists with a predictable political affiliation.
It's your site, to do with what you want, but I have to say I'm very disappointed. This used to be a place for open discussion, with any viewpoints welcome, unlike OP. After reading your intro, and seeing who the moderators are, it seems that the focus is now distinctly and exclusively anti-establishment. That brings STP down to the level of OP [a local personal political blog], and I think it virtually eliminates the potential for accomplishing change. I wouldn't be surprised if the BOA establishment is breathing a sigh of relief, as they know that STP will now be much easier to marginalize.
Again, it's your site, but I hope you won't intentionally shut down productive, balanced exchange.

Dear Mr. Buckner:
Thank you for your comments.
Your equating the retired Pulp free-form forum to the OP political blog is a reflection of your dynamic analysis of the local political scene. A monitoring of the future respiratory patterns of the BOA will be apppreciated.
The Pulp looks forward to your exposition as to whose efforts most marginalized its “anti-establishment” views during the last municipal election by helping to elect establishment candidates.

I can only wonder if those of you who write this drivel realize how you come across, not to mention the low bar for accuracy and truthfulness that you've set for yourselves. No wonder there is little attention to your “contributions” to public discourse on any issue.

Dear Mr. Stewart:
Thank you for your kind words, which lack any content or perspective, but wonderfully capture your opinion. One can only guess that you are an expert in a low bar for accuracy and truthfulness.
Your intelligence and thoughtfulness is appreciated. Too bad life isn't like a computer game, all nicely coded. When you squeeze the pulp in real life, the juice flies in all directions.
May we suggest that you limit your perusing to Orange Progressive outlets. You have many from which to choose.

Lame is not being able to properly format your “Flame Pit” stuff, Mr. Kramer.

Dear Mr. Stewart:
Yes, the Pulp is addictive. But you really will feel better if you stay on a steady diet of Orange Progressive pablum.
As an aid to Pulpsters, all comments on Cosmo's contributions should be directed to the publicized “Feedback Section” in the Flame Pit, where Cosmo reigns as lord of the manor, firehead extraordinaire.

Correction, Mr. Stewart. Lame is posting a comment in the wrong section. If you are challenged by the layout of this site, perhaps you should check out Sesamestreet.com which I am sure will make you feel more at home.
Love,
Cosmo
